Extraordinary Female Entrepreneur, Reiki Healer, Marketing & Real Estate Specialist, owner Felicia has worked in the tourism industry for many years where she has offered her expertise in customer relations and customer service. Felicia has held numerous positions such as Logistic and Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, Tour Company Director, Real Estate and Property Manager where she discovered her passion for Real Estate in 2013.

Here is a little history on this Extraordinary Real Estate Specialist

Born and raised on the beautiful 5 square mile Island of Saba populated by 1200 inhabitants at the time when she left, Felicia moved to St Maarten to further her studies in 1996. Being a Saban is very unique and a privilege and she is very proud to be a part of a great heritage and blood line. Her grandfather “Mr. Harry Luke Johnson is a Legend on Saba and founded the first museum on the Island the Harry L Johnson Museum. http://www.museum-saba.com › The current Museum is tributed and named after her grandfather.

Felicia instantly fell in love with St Maarten and decided to stay and start her career. Her dream and passion has always been Tourism and St Maarten offered this opportunity. She tells many stories of her heritage and Island of birth “Saba”. Her favorite being, “It is a privilege to meet one of us Sabans as there aren’t many of us in the world.”  She has a very professional and friendly attitude and is always smiling and offering a warm welcome to her guest.

Felicia started managing over 60 properties on the majority of which were located on the French Side where she worked for a French Realtor. Felicia got many reviews on Travel Talk, Expedia and many of the Villa’s and Condo’s personal pages. “Working 7 days a week is a simply dedication to my clients. My specialty has been property management from day one. I love what I do!” she says.

Felicia decided she was going to pursue her passion and open her own Real Estate Business. She is very successful and dedicated and now as well as managing properties, she also rents and sells them. She also offers many different services through her years of experience in so many different fields and also customer relations.
